Copyright Information

HOLD HARMLESS and COPYRIGHT INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT:


By sending us your photos or artwork for printing, you represent that you are familiar with the copyright laws governing the reproduction of copyrighted materials. You warrant that you have personally taken or created the images you send us for printing (and therefore own the copyright), or that you received permission and license from the copyright owners(s) of images you send to us for printing.  You further warrant that you have the legal right to, and do authorize and grant a non-exclusive license to Stoneworks Coaster Company, LLC to reproduce the images on your behalf.


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stoneworks Imagery, LLC, for any liability, legal damages, or expenses (including actual attorney’s fees) it may incur as a result of its processing or printing the photos or artwork you send us. You agree to be responsible for any claims brought by any other person claiming an interest in the images or their subject matter.
